We come on board before insolvency measures are put in place because we believe that every business can be put back on the right track.

Our team specialises in funding, recovery solutions and negotiation with HMRC. These tools ensure that your client’s business has the best chance of survival and decision-making power remains in the right hands.

We lend businesses between £25,000 and £200,000 against their tangible assets. From there, it’s full steam ahead.

We lend up to 50% of the value of their assets at a fixed interest rate of 20%. We don’t use personal guarantees or credit checks, just an independent valuation of the assets.

We use our years of experience working with HMRC’s tax office to negotiate a structured repayment plan on our client’s behalf.

We put forward a bespoke repayment proposal to HMRC based on what the business can realistically afford. The staged repayments then allow our client to focus on more immediate outgoings such as wages, utilities and rent.

Getting back on track isn’t always easy, but our team removes the baggage.

Our team finds solutions which benefit our client and their creditors alike. We work hard to reduce our client’s costs, stabilise cash flow and protect our client’s assets, employees, brand and reputation.

what do I have to do?
If a struggling business comes your way, simply ask the director or decision maker if we can give them a call. We can help with funding, HMRC debt and pre-insolvency solutions. Ideally, we’d like to find these companies when the cracks start to appear, but we can help right up to insolvency. If a business appears to be ‘too far gone’, please call us (or ask them to call us) before referring them to an insolvency practitioner.
why should I work with you?
We understand that your clients are your lifeblood and the cost of acquisition and retention is often high – we’re here to make sure you keep them.
who are you looking to work with?
Anyone who can find these struggling businesses. You may be an accountant, bookkeeper, lawyer, management consultant, business coach, trade supplier… it doesn’t matter! We also work with complete discretion.
what risk is involved?
There is no risk involved when working with us. A client is lost if you refer them to an insolvency practitioner – working with us gives you an opportunity to keep them. We also regularly audit our processes using an independent panel of licenced insolvency practitioners and lawyers.
can you help with all struggling businesses?
There hasn’t been a business to date that we haven’t been able to help in some way.
how do you make money?
The businesses we help pay us – we make sure our fee is affordable and transparent. There will never be any hidden fees or costs.
where are you based?
Our head office is in St. Andrew Square in Edinburgh, but members of our team can be found all around the UK.
